Being an executive director, CEO, senior staff member and or board member of a not-for-profit community based organization is not for the faint of heart. It is my privilege and honor to work with these leaders every day and when we thought the work might not get any harder, the COVID crisis hits.

I know that you work tirelessly every day to support members of the community who may be struggling.
